Toy Placement
I have many times, during visits to my father's house, placed his Freud action figure on top of a laid-down copy of The Basic Writings of Sigmund Freud, in the hopes of getting a few laughs. Either no one has ever found this funny or no one has ever noticed.

Freud and "Small is beautiful" on the same shelf? I don't think so.
"The Denial of Death" is one of the books that Alvy Singer wants to buy for Annie Hall. You know, instead of that cat book.
You should feel lucky that you're just miserable!
Those are my father's books, not mine. I'll let him know about the miserable thing.
I hadn't noticed! I laugh now, ha ha! (The books are Susan's, the action figure is mine.)
